Payment / Deposits
We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. A Credit Card is required to hold a spa day of services. All sales are final. There are no refunds on services or gift certificates. Exchanges may be made on unopened products only.

Children
Children are not permitted in the service areas unless they are receiving a service themselves. Children waiting in the reception area need to be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the salon. Our goal is your child’s safety and the opportunity for our technicians to give their complete focus to each client.

Cell Phones
Please turn your cell phone to off or vibrate so as to not disturb other client's relaxing experience with us.

Appointments / Scheduling / Cancellations
If you must cancel, please call 24 hours in advance or treatments may be charged in full at our discretion.

Merchandise Returns
SunDay’s will accept any unopened/non-used merchandise sold within 30 days of the original sale in exchange for a SunDay’s store credit for the full value of the returned merchandise.
